Current website visuals

The embedding-space, engagement, and cell diagrams are illustrative schematics. The animated hero field is a procedural graphic, not a protein structure or an experimental result.

Original homepage structure data

The animated figure in the original homepage design is a rendering of FOXA1 (UniProt P55317), derived from the predicted structure AF-P55317-F1 in AlphaFold Protein Structure Database, used under CC BY 4.0 and modified — the coordinates were displaced along low-frequency normal modes of an elastic network model and rendered as a space-filling animation.
